Corned Beef and Cabbage
After cooking the meat in the pressure cooker for 45 to 60 minutes, let the pressure to go down of its own accord. Then open it up, pop in the cabbage and potatoes, reseal, bring up the heat, and cook for about 15 minutes once the regulator starts up (it reaches pressure). Cooking it in the same pot as the meat lets the veggies soak up the flavors.
On a side note, my dad used to do experiments with red cabbage for science class -- some sort of PH test I think. Usually, he had unused leftovers, so guess what we had with dinner later in the week.
